Sponsor

The #KRG1 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Kraken, 1300 Lougheed Highway, Coquitlam BC. V3K6S4(“Sponsor”). Update sponsor details in the admin Site Config before public launch.

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Canada who are the age of majority and licensed drivers. Void where prohibited. No purchase necessary — see Official Rules for mail-in entry details. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, and members of their immediate families are not eligible. Non-eligibility or non-compliance with these Official Rules will result in disqualification.

Agreement to Official Rules

By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. local Sponsor time on July 28, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. local Sponsor time on January 1, 2027 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter

Two (2) methods of entry are available:

1. Online Purchase / Account Actions

During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants may receive entries by making qualifying purchases on the Website. Entries are awarded based on the entry value assigned to each product, entry pack, or membership at the time of purchase. Entrants may also earn bonus entries by completing free account actions (Instagram follow, Facebook follow, share with five friends, and referral program) as described on the Earn Free Entries page. Bonus entry values are published by Sponsor and may be updated. If a purchase is returned, cancelled, refunded, or subject to chargeback, associated entries will be void. Creating an account is required to track free entries and recommended for purchase entries.

2. Mail-In Entry (AMOE)

During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants can obtain Sweepstakes entries by legibly hand-printing, on a 3” x 5” card or paper, their full name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and email address, and mailing the card in a #10 business-sized envelope with proper postage affixed to: Kraken, Attn: Kraken Giveaway #KRG1, 1300 Lougheed Highway, Coquitlam BC. V3K6S4. Entries must be postmarked by January 1, 2027 and received within five (5) days thereafter. Each valid mail-in entry will be worth 500 Sweepstakes entries. Mail-in entry cards and envelopes must be hand-printed by the Entrant only. Bulk shipments will not be accepted.

Bonus / Free Entries

• Instagram follow confirmation: 50 entries (limit once per giveaway).
• Facebook follow confirmation: 50 entries (limit once per giveaway).
• Share with five friends: 100 entries (limit once per giveaway).
• Referral signup: 100 entries to the referrer when a friend registers via unique referral link.
• Referral follow-through: 150 additional entries to the referrer when the referred friend completes a qualifying free follow action.

Prize

There will be one (1) Grand Prize available: 2024 Ford F-150 Platinum Custom Build and $10,000. The Prize will be awarded “AS IS.” Winner is responsible for taxes, title, license, insurance, registration, transport, and all costs not expressly included. Winner must present a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance as required by Sponsor. No substitution or transfer except at Sponsor’s sole discretion for a prize of equal or greater value.

Drawing and Notification

The potential Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. Potential Winner will be contacted via email and/or phone using the information associated with the winning entry. Failure to respond within the time stated in the notification, or failure to complete required documentation, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate Winner.

Release / Liability

By participating, Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any Prize, including technical errors, unauthorized intervention, printing errors, and injury or damage from Prize acceptance or use, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Publicity

By accepting the Prize, where permitted by law, the Winner grants Sponsor the right to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.

General

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if it becomes corrupted or cannot run as planned. Void where prohibited. These Official Rules are a template adapted for the Kraken brand structure and must be reviewed by qualified counsel for your jurisdiction before public launch.
